— APA format

organized with 1) an introduction 2) headings 3) transitions 4) a conclusion
— Written clearly
— No more than 3 pages in length
— Include in-text citations (author, year, page #)

3. Assignment Components
In your 2-3-page paper, include the following:
— An introduction and conclusion.
— Analyze and summarize your EQ test results. ( I will provide a picture of my results)
— What surprised you? What was predictable? Do your results reflect or relate to your values in any way, if so, explain.
— Identify at least one area of growth or improvement and explain — what you would like to change, improve, or build upon.
— What strategies (chapters 5-8) for change are you intrigued by? — Which strategies are you interested in trying (at least two)?
–Explain and explore what interests you and why. Include at least 2 strategies (identified by number and name) and a full in text citation.
— Explain how you will track your progress as you apply the identified strategies, including how you will know you are on track? — How can you recognize change and reward your milestone achievements?
— Include examples from the report, strategies from the book, and personal experiences as evidence of support throughout your paper. Use in-text citations (author, year, page #) as appropriate and include the full text citation(s) on a reference page.
