Details
You are the CFO of a solar panel manufacturing concern. The Controller (head accountant) of the company quit unexpectedly and you have to complete the financial statements to submit them to the bank that owns your debt. Please put each of the 12 transactions and closing entry during the year in the correct accounts using positives for a debit and brackets for a credit. When reporting financial statements use POSITIVE numbers only however subtotals and totals can be NEGATIVE. Then compile a balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. The balance sheet from the prior year is presented for your reference. Last calculate the 5 performance metrics on the Excel sheet.
Please fill in all yellow highlighted cells in the attached Excel sheet (link to file below). There is no need to create rows or columns. Please use formulas for the yellow highlighted cells where designated. If a yellow highlighted cell should be zero or blank please insert a 0 or leave it blank.
