Based on the information you have learned, document your client Cornell’s intake assessment by using the Data, Assessment and Plan format Create a Word doc/google doc and attach it to the designated area in Blackboard.
I would prefer students create a doc, copy and paste the content in the designated area on the blackboard. When there’s an attachment, I have to download the attachments, but if the assignment is copied it makes it a lot easier to access.
