For this assignment, you are required to select three (3) Personal Inventory Assessments
(PIAs), one (1) from each area of study in OB (individuals, groups and organisations), and
write a coherent 1500-word reflection. Your reflection should draw upon the theories
discussed in your eText and relevant scholarly literature.
