Tactical financing decisions are essential as they guide a company’s immediate f

Tactical financing decisions are essential as they guide a company’s immediate financial strategies. They encompass the decisions about how a company obtains and uses funds in the short term. In this journal entry, you will dive deep into a real-world example, analyzing a company’s recent tactical financing decision and suggesting alternative approaches. This exercise will help cement your understanding of the concepts from the lesson and textbook as you apply them in a practical context. Start by selecting a company whose recent tactical financing decision piqued your interest. It could be a company that recently went public, secured a new lease agreement, or issued hybrid financing instruments such as preferred stocks or convertible bonds. Analysis: Based on the knowledge you’ve gained in this unit, briefly describe the company’s recent tactical financing decision. Assess the potential benefits and challenges of this decision for the company. Alternative financing decisions: Drawing from your understanding of public and private financing, lease financing, and hybrid financing, propose at least two alternative financing strategies the company could have considered. Predict the potential impact of each of your proposed alternatives on the company’s value. Would your proposed alternatives increase or decrease the company’s value? Why? Reflection: Conclude your journal entry by reflecting on the importance of tactical financing decisions in the broader spectrum of corporate finance. What did you find most intriguing about the company’s choice, and how do you perceive the role of such decisions in shaping a company’s financial future? Ensure your journal entry is at least 200 words. Write clearly and concisely, focusing on providing a well-thought-out analysis. While references and citations are not mandatory, if you pull specific data or quotes, ensure they are accurately represented. Review your work for clarity and coherence before submitting.

This project has two parts

All the instructions are provided in a Word document.
This project has two parts:
YOU CAN CHOOSE WHATEVER TOPIC YOU LIKE FOR THE PROJECT CHOOSE THE ONE YOU FEEL YOU ARE THE BEST IN.
Part 1: Proposal Submission, which needs to be done by Oct 7.
Part 2: Final submission. This part will be done when I get a message from my teacher that the proposal submission is correct and that I can continue with the project. For now, part 1 needs to be done.
I will provide a proposal example and a final project example to illustrate how the project should be structured and presented.
I will also include screenshot of the textbook we use in class. I have already emailed the professor to ask if he can post chapter 19 of this textbook so I can provide that information if you need it.
If you will need the dataset from the Wooldridge textbook let me know.
Also, if you have any question please let me know and send message here.
“We need to structure the project that when I accept the proposal here then you will be able to continue with the project because I want to work with one person so the person will know from the beginning to the end what is going on in this project that will provide efficiency and great results.”

Assignment: Review Paper # 4
The Review Paper # 4 should cover any issue or topic from the
5th chapter (dealing with revenue & expenditure forecasting,
productivity analysis and the Benefit-cost Concept etc) of your required
text book (Thomas Lynch, Jinping Sun & Robert Smith “Public
Budgeting in America,” 6th Ed. (2017) Melvin & Leigh. ISBN:
978-0-997-30844). You have the flexibility to choose any
topic/topics from the suggested themes in the chapter. Please make sure
the title of your paper reads like a statement. Your writing should
involve critical analysis of the issue you are dealing with. Also make
sure you have an introduction, discussion of the issue (which should
take the substantial part of your writings), and your own concluding
remarks. This Review Paper (RP) needs to be typed and should be (1800-2000 words) long with proper citation (at least three
sources). Please don’t (I repeat don’t) down load stuff from somewhere
or anywhere. It will be considered plagiarism. Keep the Spirit.
SOME GUIDANCE ABOUT HOW TO WRITE A POLICY REVIEW PAPER
While one may have his/her own idea about how to
write a 4-5 pages (1800-2000) long Review Paper (RP), I thought it might
be a good idea to provided some guidelines, as all eight Review Paper

To write a good RP, please follow the following thresholds
Title of your Review Paper should be like a statement – indicating the issues, ideas, and analysis covered inside your paper.
Read all the assigned materials including the two text books
Focus on the issues and concepts in the assigned materials
(It may be a good idea to take the lead from the contents of
the assigned materials in the text books to grasp the fundamental
understanding of the concepts and issues and from discussions in the
virtual class)
4. Try to conceptualize a few themes based on your reading.
5. Discuss these themes in your paper in a critical and meaningful manner.
6. Make sure the main body of your paper deals with the pros and cons of your chosen topic.
7. Write a conclusive comment of one paragraph to half page.
This conclusive statement should exhibit your own creativity and
analysis. Please keep in mind, this part is very important, because it
may make or break your grade.
8. Whenever necessary citation should be provided.
9. Under no circumstance, don’t write a Paper which is down
loaded stuff from somewhere else – without your own input. This will be
considered plagiarism.
