You will write a three- to five-page paper on policy alternatives for this assignment. You will need to use academic sources to help you in the writing process and provide support for the solutions you are presenting. You will also need to list and describe three feasible policy alternatives that could be used to solve the policy problem identified in the proposal. Within each policy alternative, you need to identify who is impacted by each potential solution. The who may be a person, group of selected people, company, or a specific product a company sells. You must also identify who will support and oppose the solutions you present for each alternative. This support or opposition can come from the public, political parties, and interest groups. Is there a divide in an organization as to what solutions are possible, i.e., management supports these issues, but employees do not? What criteria will you use to provide for evaluation for each possible solution in the determination of which policy you will use? Finally, make the case as to which solution you are choosing. Why have you made this choice? What is the analysis or supporting academic evidence made you reach this conclusion?
