Overview of the assignment:
-Once you have gathered your qualitative data and results, begin consolidating.
• Consolidate your findings into 3-4 macro themes. • Create a section for each macro theme with the name of that theme as the heading.
• Describe each macro theme and how your results tie into this macro theme. • Describe how each macro theme answers your research question. • Use research from your literature review (see attached) to support those macro themes. Type a sentence or two about how the research you find from the literature review relates to your macro theme. Make sure to cite this information in text and include a full APA reference for it at the end of the assignment. • Describe the overall essence across all macro themes; essentially, how do these macro themes relate to each other?
*********What is needed for this order:
I have already done the literature review (see attached document LIT REVIEW_ FINAL). and Two macro themes have already been completed (see attached document labeled- CHP 5). The third macro theme has already been selected (see attached- MACRO THEME NOTES).
Please write about the remaining macro theme based on the instructions in the top.
I have also attached the article based on the literature review as well. I can send the chi-squares that were conducted if needed.

To the writer, this paper should be professionally written, free of grammatical and sentence structure errors, and checked for plagiarism. No book reference is required, but a good and solid written report. The instructor has provided the instructions below. (In the event you may require my information to reference here, I am engineer while also attending Rice University MBA program).

Instruction. Below is a link to a 1-page case. Some of you may have seen this case in a previous class, I sometimes use it when I teach Ethical Leadership. In addition to the ethical problem that this case presents, it also presents a group conflict. As is true in so many situations where the company needs to change in response to changing environments, there are many stakeholders and points of view represented here. It is an ethical problem, a change management problem, an emotional issue, and a political issue as well. If you were asked as an outsider to help with this problem, given the potential interventions described in Chapter 10, what would you do? Keep in mind that we were still dealing with Covid at the time, so suggesting a ropes course or other common team building exercise would be a highly fraught recommendation. This is an exercise in not just applying techniques described in the reading, but also recognizing that some of the things the book recommends were not actionable at the time. So how would you modify the techniques to suit the conditions?
