initially itching and then became scaly and red the patient was placed
Elidel triamcinolone and fleur fleur adrenalide flurandrenolide 0.05%
cream with some benefit on these areas and the creams are somewhat
helpful but do not completely relieve the symptoms. The rash started
on his face and then went to his arms and thenow on his ears as well.
The patient also has nasal congestion been going on for the last week
or so no fever sweats or chills nausea vomiting diarrhea nasal discharge
sneezing itchy watery eyes chest tightness cough shortness of breath
wheezing nausea vomiting or diarrhea or hives.(0:00) History of present illness. This is a 51-year-old male who has had a rash on his arms and on his (0:20) face for about a year now. The rash was initially itching and then became scaly and red.
The patient (0:32) has placed Eladil Triamcinolone and Fluoradrenaline, F-L-U-R-A-N-D-R-E-N-O-L-I-D-E, 0.05% cream, (0:46) with some benefit on these areas. The creams are somewhat helpful but do not completely (0:58) relieve the symptoms, period. The rash started on his face and then went to his arms and then (1:04) now on his ears as well, period.
The patient also has nasal congestion. It’s been going on (1:13) for the last week or so.
