Introduction of the interviewee including job title, years of experience along with employment and educational background. Please don’t include name of interviewee or organization in this assignment.

What are three key responsibilities in your role as informatics nurse or technology specialist that supports the healthcare interdisciplinary collaboration?
What are the methods for collecting data within your organization?
What are the sources of data that you look at in your organization for quality improvement efforts?
Is there any theoretical models or frameworks you refer to as a resource to support best practice as it pertains to information technology?
Who are key stakeholders, you collaborate with to ensure data is disseminated and addressed?

Criteria for Content
Introduction provides a detailed overview of the interviewee including general practice setting, background and education of the interviewee without disclosing either the interviewee name or the name of their organization.
Key elements of the interview are summarized on the template with an emphasis on describing the NI or Technology specialists’ functional roles in which the interviewee practices and degree to which the interviewee functions as a member of an interdisciplinary/interprofessional team as an MSN level leader and decision-maker, theoretical framework and model utilized in their/the organizations informatics practice.
Reflection includes the student’s unique insights about what was learned from completing this assignment. Uses scholarly, evidence-based resources to support content and opinions.
Conclusion includes overview of interview highlights from each question and reflection.
Criteria for Format and Special Instructions
Required texts may be used as supplemental references, however evidence-based, scholarly sources no older than five years should be your primary source. A minimum of one evidence-based, scholarly source must be used for this assignment.
All aspects of the paper must use the most current edition of APA format including appropriate attribution of ideas, information, opinions, and content.
The template and questions are completed in its entirety inclusive of interviewee introduction, all questions answered, reflection with scholarly source, conclusion, and reference(s).
Grammar, spelling, punctuation, and writing style is consistent with formal academic writing.
Please note: If you do not receive a proficient rating in any major content category, you can re-submit your assignment with revisions in those content categories to receive a better grade with the exception of APA. You have one additional opportunity to revise after the initial submission in order to make improvements. The initial submission must be a complete paper, rough drafts will not be graded. All revisions must be submitted no later than Sunday of Week 7 at 11:59pm. (You cannot revise your graduate-level writing style for a higher grade in that category)
