Then regarding the interviews i will upload both interviews and you will have to write them as a transcriipt between (Mahra ) the interviewer and the person answering its Ahmed And Maryam . Then you would fill in all the needed parts based on the interview

Reagrding the journey map their is an example of how it should look like with the symbols telling what they were doing and you draw it based on each interview .
