1. Antecedents and Consequences
Identify (a) the antecedents of the selected concept (essential conditions for the presence of the selected concept synthesized from the literature), and (b) the consequences of the selected concept (outcomes of the selected concept synthesized from the literature).
2. Empirical Indicators
Identify and discuss quantitative and qualitative criteria (empirical indicators) that could be used to operationalize or measure the concept. Reference any tools that have been developed to do that.
