Question –
In response to your peers:
Provide another IoT solution that meets your peers’ needs and explain how your idea addresses their user problem(s).
Then explain potential capabilities and vulnerabilities of your IoT solution.
For example, the initial poster may state that they are a runner, hiker, or walker. They often experience the problem of not knowing how many steps they take when they exercise. In response, a peer may suggest that the solution would be to use an IoT smartwatch, like a Fitbit or Apple Watch, to monitor and track steps. This solution could monitor performance, keep track of stats, and allow the user to set new goals, which also addresses some of their needs.

PEER POST # 1 I currently have an extremely buys life. I am full time in school, I have two jobs, a new house, and a baby due in August. Between projects due, a constantly changing work schedule, doctors appointments, and all of the chores that I need to stay on top of, I have trouble keeping track of things. While I could keep track of all the things I need to accomplish with a personal assistant or on my phone calendar, I am a super visual person and forget about things that aren’t right in front of me. My IoT solution is a calendar that could either sit on my desktop or be on my wall that would update with my daily tasks. I could add events and reminders with voice commands like a personal assistant. This way I could see what I needed to accomplish each day and add any new things that arise. PEER POST # 2 A problem that I currently experience in my life is dealing with sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is a potentially serious condition where I repeatedly stop breathing in my sleep. An IoT device that helps me every day is a sleep apnea machine that monitors me when I sleep. after I use it for the night it connects to the internet and downloads the information to my phone which gives me information on how long I used the machine, how many episodes an hour I have, and how many times I take the machine off at night. This then takes all the information and gives me a sleep score between 1 and 100. the information from the machine also goes to my doctors so they can make sure I am in compliance using it and that I maintain a sleep score of 70 or better. Depending on the information they receive they can increase or decrease the liters of air the machine outputs. The machine helps me sleep better and makes sure I don’t have as many episodes when it is being used.
