This qualitative study follows black women working in sports to identify if they feel a strong sense of belonging in their occupations. I will conduct 12-15 Zoom interviews with Black women who work in various collegiate and pro sports. I have attached the literature review for this study (for reference), an outline for the introduction chapter (items in red will not need to be completed by the writer), and a list of potential sources for your use. I would like to keep the “being, becoming, belonging” theme in this chapter!
