You will select a term paper topic that applies to something covered this semester regarding ethics and information technology. Identify the position or side for your selected topic and present potential ethical issues/problems. Your paper must have the topic and position explicitly articulated in your paper’s introduction. In the paper, you must: Clearly state the topic and position in the introduction Clearly state the thesis of the paper in the introduction Restate the topic and argument in the conclusion Choose a topic that deals with an ethical issue in technology Discuss opposing position(s) to show understanding of the entire issue Use correct spelling and grammar throughout the paper. Cover the following in the body of the paper Identify, comprehend, and resolve ethical issues/problems and their ramifications in a thorough and responsible manner Describe the historical and cultural contexts of the issue Determine any legal issues associated with the case study Requirements for the paper are as follows: Format of the document: APA Format Double spaced, 12 pt Times New Roman 1″ margins References page properly formatted The submitted document must have a .docx, .doc or .pdf extension and an appropriate name. Your TA or Instructor must be able to open your submission. If you are concerned about this, please make sure to submit a PDF The paper must be at least 1500 words. Title Page and References DO NOT count towards the number of words. A minimum of 4 references should be cited in-text and included in the References section.
