Your first journal assignment centers around change and how it has affected you. This journal requires that you write a 4 page, double spaced, typed, reflective paper that responds to two types of change. First I want you to write about change that has happened on a national, international, or industry wide level. I would then like you to write about a significant change that has happened to you personally. When writing please consider the following instructions: 1. What change occured?
2. What caused the change?
3. What if any was the resistance to change and why did the resistance occur?
