Please use simple English, meaning no complicated words as it can confuse the reader. As for the Sources, only refer to ACADEMIC sources, so no wikipedia, LawTeacher etc. The question asks to discuss arguments FOR and AGAINST. And please don’t be descriiptive, go STRAIGHT TO THE POINT. And always support arguments with sources (case law, textbook, journal articles etc). This is UK Child and Family Law so please use relevant legislation, but please do include how it is done abroad (as stated in one of the files I have uploaded).
