(See Attachments) As discussed in class, your final project is an opportunity for you to delve more deeply into an area we discussed in class that will most benefit your work. You may not use an assignment you already submitted in this class. Your paper will be graded using the paper rubric. Be sure to address all elements below and submit all components in the format designated. The Content: ● What challenge are you addressing? The district has poor attendance on the secondary level (grades 6-12). ● What are its impacts on the district? Drop-in graduation rate, low scores on state testing (NJSLA Math, ELA, Science), poor grades in core content classes throughout middle and high school. ● How do you recommend resolving it? What research supports the recommendations you are making? ● You are the Superintendent or other Central Office Administrator. Create an action plan to present to the Board using the action plan template.
