As discussed in the class, the aim of this assignment is to give you an opportunity to show your ability to write about the development and change that will occur in one of the elements of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 indicating the elements of expected change and modernization that will occur until the year 2030.

Then provide a commentary on how the environment may change in the future and the challenges that people may face in implementing those changes While it is important you are working as an individual you must develop a consistency between each part of the topic. The component involves developing a process so that the final submission has the appearance of a professional document, for example, a HR Policy manual. That is – a title page, table of contents, an introduction or abstract that introduces the topic and a conclusion that summarizes the project.
