3) Write at approximately 250 words summarizing the article and analyzing the article by explaining how exactly this person manifests one or more of these diamonds/unique capabilities. What particular type of unique capability/capabilities are they expressing and how does this relate to the other types discussed in the text? Why are they pursuing this particular diamond? What actions did they take to achieve the outcome discussed in the article? As always, note that this can take place in any context, from work to school to one’s personal life.
