These should be a conventional five-paragraph paper– an intro that ends with a thesis, 3 supporting paragraphs, and a conclusion.
Introduction: previews key topics discussed in the paper, defines thesis statement, and tells why the topic is important to the reader. End the intro with a thesis statement which is the topic, point/purpose, and three key ideas. Body paragraphs with a topic sentence, make your point, illustrate with research and proper citation, explain how the research supports your point, and bring back to the main idea before you move on to the next supporting paragraph.
