Imagine you are a police administrator who has recently had to deal publicly with unethical issues by a handful of your officers. How does this affect your department and relationship with the community? What actions will you take to handle these discrepancies and promote ethical behavior within your department? Choose one of the following areas to analyze:
Leadership
Training
Hiring
Create PowerPoint presentation to present to the community that identifies a plan of action to restore trust by addressing ethics within the department. Be sure to incorporate research and at least two theories that were presented in this week’s lesson.
Length: 8-10 slides, not including title and reference slides.
References: Support your assignment with at least 2 scholarly resources.
