Engaging with each other is essential in an online course. You discussed collecting baseline data. Baseline data simply provide a picture of the client’s behavior prior to interventions. It allows you to measure the frequency, duration, intensity and/or latency of the target behavior. You will use these data to help guide treatment decisions. You can also apply this type of baseline measurement to your personal life. For example, if you want to decrease your weekly expenses, what type of baseline data would you collect to start modifying your spending habits?
For this conversation, identify ONE goal, habit, or behavior you would like to modify in your personal life. This could be related to health, career, finances, child rearing, et cetera.
Describe your goal and identify the baseline data you will have to gather to set behavior change goals. Develop a plan to collect the data you need.
Explain the types of things that should be considered when choosing a measurement system.
RESPOND AND COMMENT TO 3 LEARNERS WITH 3 SENTESES EACH
LEARNER #1—–One goal in my personal life that I would like to modify is improving my daily exercise routine.
Baseline data will be:
Frequency: How many days a week do I exercise?
Duration: How long do I spend in each exercise sessions
Types of exercise: What kind of exercise do I do? Cardio or weightlifting.
Motivation: How is my motivation when engaged in exercising from a scale of 1-10.
When analyzing this data, I would create a plan where I collect data every day when I do exercise. I would track my progress, the time spent during exercise, and also how I feel before and after doing exercise. Every week I will review my progress and make changes by comparing it against the baseline. When choosing a measurement system there are a lot of main factors to consider but in this case, I must consider flexibility and precision. Flexibility because I have to be able to adapt and increase my exercise routine and precision because I want to be realistic and obtain a precise tracking of my workout.

In this project, you will use the knowledge you gained in Modules 1-3 to explore how the interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors contribute to the process of learning new information.
Instructions
Identify a time in the last 5 years when you learned something new: information, a task, or a skill. For this project, choose something you’ve learned that is substantive. This could be a new concept in one of your courses (e.g., the concept of an emerging adult from a lifespan development perspective) or a challenging task at work (e.g., learning a new software, system, or how to use a piece of equipment safely). Avoid choosing something more trivial, like learning a fun fact.
Consider the biological, psychological, and social factors that played a role in your learning of this information and write a paper (1500 words minimum) that discusses the interplay of these factors. Provide specific examples of each factor and be sure to include the following:
Introduction
A description of the new information or skill you learned
Biological Factors
Describe the specific biological mechanisms, such as neurons and the structures and functions of the brain, involved in learning and how they impacted your acquisition and retention of the new information/skills you identified.
Psychological Factors
Discuss the role of cognitive processes, such as principles of learning, learning theory, memory systems, and/or retrieval, and how they impacted your acquisition and retention of the new information/skills you identified.
Social Factors
Discuss the impact of social factors, such as culture, language and/or attitudes, and how they impacted your acquisition and retention of the new information/skills you identified.
Conclusion
Summarize how the interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors contributed to your learning process.
Submit your responses in a document and provide comprehensive paragraphs of information (not just bullet points) to fully address each point as instructed. Include citations within your document as appropriate as well as a reference page. All work must be in APA format to receive maximum points. Reminder: words, data, or any external knowledge from someone else’s work should be cited (in text and on reference page). APA Citation TipsLinks to an external site.

In psychology, the relationship between happiness and unhappiness is an important area of study. Some theorists believe that we can’t truly understand happiness without also experiencing unhappiness. They argue that these two emotions are closely connected.
For this discussion:
Do you agree or disagree with the idea that experiencing unhappiness is necessary to fully understand happiness? Explain your position.
To support your viewpoint:
Share one personal example from your life that relates to this idea.
Include two psychological concepts that help explain your perspective.
Reference one psychological theory that explores the connection between positive and negative emotions.
Include two scholarly references (e.g., your textbook, academic articles, or credible psychological sources) to support your argument. Must not be the same scholarly reference.
Formatting Requirements:
Use APA format for both in-text citations and your reference list. For example:
In-text citation: (Author, Year).
Reference list: Author, A. A. (Year). Title of the article/book. Journal Name/Publisher, volume(issue), page range. DOI or URL if applicable.
Remember to:
Make sure your post is clear and well-organized.
Reply to two classmates. Your responses should offer thoughtful insights to further the conversation about how happiness and unhappiness shape our emotional experiences.

Behavioral neuroscience researchers are interested in studying the relationships
Behavioral neuroscience researchers are interested in studying the relationships between the nervous system and behavior. Watch the short video above by Dr. Marian Diamond, and then summarize the research findings she reported. Discuss why you think that these findings re-shaped how neuroscientists thought about the reciprocity between brain-behavior relationships. How did these findings contribute to our understanding of neuroplasticity? Pose a question at the end of your initial work for your peers and professor. All work must be done in APA format, in-text citations and scholarly resources.
Locate a scholarly source reporting a different example of how experience can change the brain. Discuss the key findings and why you find them interesting. You must support your 2 peers responses with scholarly sources in APA format. Simply stating your opinion is not enough, back up your opinion with citations. Tell why or why not you agree or disagree with the information in the peer posts. Your responses should be as good as your initial post! Dig deep with your responses and elaborate more on the topic and why you agree or disagree with the post. Initial post should be at least 4 paragraphs and your responses should be 4-6 paragraphs long. The initial post is due today and the responses are due tomorrow so when u get the initial post done send it ASAP
