Part of the requirements of this class is exercise. As the Catalog Description states, “A combination of physical activity and lecture providing regular exercise to develop physical fitness.”
You are required to exercise 3 times per week.
Each week I will provide 3 recorded yoga classes so you can exercise at home at your convenience.
Each class is approximately 35-50 minutes long.
When you have completed all three classes you will submit your answers to the following questions.
What did you enjoy about each of the three classes? Please designate each class. For example, in Class #1: I enjoyed the feeling of relaxation after I was done taking the class. I enjoyed the shoulder stretches because I have limited movement in my shoulders. I had a difficult time with the one-legged balance. You may discuss specific poses and exercises that you experienced in each of the videos. You will say something about each class. Please talk specifically about the classes so I know you are practicing along with each video.
What was difficult about the class, or did anything hurt? Be specific. For example, in Class #1: I can’t sit cross-legged on the floor. Is there another way I can complete the exercise without my legs hurting? That way I can help. You may also ask a question and I will answer your question in the comments area when I grade your weekly exercise assignment.
Submit your assignment at the end of each module/week.
You may type your answers into the text box, or attach in doc, docx, or pdf.

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) not only lead the way with respect to mortality

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) not only lead the way with respect to mortality rates at a global level but also account for the majority of deaths in high-income countries. According to Bashir (2021), the most common causes of death in Saudi Arabia are ischemic heart disease, road injuries, stroke, chronic kidney disease, lower respiratory tract infections, Alzheimer’s disease, conflict and terror, cirrhosis, neonatal disorders, and diabetes mellitus.
Select one of the causes of death listed above, then assemble a research poster specific to your selected topic and how it progressed to a goal in Saudi Vision 2030. Approach the topic as if you are gathering sources to present this research at a conference. Be sure your references address:
How is your selected cause of death addressed by Saudi Vision 2030?
What are some of the methods in obtaining research and data for shaping KSA policy regarding your selected cause of death?
Any challenges to collecting evidence-based information.
Health policy laws implementing positive social changes in this area of healthcare.
What is the importance of this information?
Why is your selected cause of death relevant to your audience or field of study?
How is it applicable beyond these contexts?

When a health care professional or health care organization causes injury to a p

When a health care professional or health care organization causes injury to a patient through negligence and or omission, it is called medical malpractice.
For this journal submission, you will need to first research an example of a recent malpractice case (within the last 5 years). You will then address each of the following:
Begin by briefly explaining the responsibility of health care providers to protect their patients from harm.
Summarize the basic facts of the case.
Identify one or more problems in the case that need to be addressed and why these might be important. What legal risks are associated with these problems?
What could the physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals in the case have done to avoid being sued?
Discuss the outcome of the case.
Do you agree with the outcome of the case? Why, or why not?
Your journal submission must be a minimum of two written pages. You must use at least one peer reviewed or academic source (other than a link to the case) that supports your opinions. All sources used must have citations and references formatted in APA style. APA formatting is otherwise not required.

1- Select a public health issue of interest to you (an STD/HIV, COVID-19, chickenpox/measles, monkeypox, obesity, violence, etc.). Do some research on the health issue to ensure that you understand the community’s needs, relevant target populations, etc. related to your selected health issue. Using the example on p. 103 in the textbook regarding mammograms, draft a plan for a campaign to address your selected issue, addressing the 8 “P’s” (the marketing mix). Please respond in complete sentences, not bullet points as used in the textbook. Clearly highlight each “P” in your response.
8 p’s(product, price, place, promotion, publics, partnerships, policy, purse strings)

BACKGROUND:
When faced with a problem, our immediate instinct is usually to respond with a solution. In some cases, this can be beneficial, but in the field of Public Health we have learned that implementing solutions without taking the time to fully understand a problem can be a disservice to the communities we aim to help.
With that in mind your goal for this assignment is to establish a deep understanding a population health problem you’ve chosen to focus on throughout the semester. By the end of this assignment, you should be able to discuss multiple aspects of your population health topic, like the underlying and contributing factors, populations who are at a higher risk for it, the population-level consequences, and more.
Remember that health disparities & inequities are unfair, unjust, and unnecessary/avoidable.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pick your population health topic.
Use the links on the “Population Health Resources” page in Canvas to find and report the information requested
For your final paper, you will be expected to translate these findings into meaningful language. But right now, focus on locating relevant information to paint a comprehensive picture of your topic.
Do not forget to clearly indicate which source you used to find each component of the data you compile.
DETAILS/QUESTIONS TO ANSWER:
DEFINE THE PROBLEM:
What is the problem/your population health topic?
Generally, why does the problem exist? Root causes or drivers?
How do you measure the problem? What is the “health outcome” or “health indicator?”
What is the current state? Both nationally and locally:
How many people are affected by it?
Who is affected by it?
Generally, what are the consequences of the problem? If left unaddressed, what would happen?
Individual-level
Population-level
DISCUSS & DETAIL THE DISPARITY:
Among what population do you observe a disparity?
How are you “drawing lines” around your population?
What are the characteristics of the population? What does it look like? Who lives there? Demographics?
How significant is the disparity?
Identify the populations you are comparing
Quantify the difference between your population and other population
EXPLORE THE INEQUITIES:
Specific to your disparity, what are the underlying inequities?
How are they measured?
How are the resources/opportunities/access distributed?
Are these inequities unique to your population? Where else can they be seen?
Which inequity seems to be the most significant? Why?
Pick any health topic.

1- Select a public health issue of interest to you (an STD/HIV, COVID-19, chicke
