You have asked to prepare an executive report ( which should be presented to the management very quarter ) as following:
You are working in construction company in procurement department. You are asking to prepare a report covering the status of the work ( Volume of work ) total purchase requestions, total Purchase orders.. Total money ( SAR ) spent LOCAL, and total spend in Europe, Total in China, total in USA…..act.
Your company current is receiving a lots of new projects, and your executive management are working to increase the manpower ( procurement engineers, materials expeditors, data enters… ). The company has two main discipline ” Energy sector” and ” Building” and the team are divided between these two sectors. Some people work at the head office, and the rest of the team working from the sites ( Projects ).
The requirements:
1- Prepare a strategic report for the executive management as main template to be use very Quarter.. So they can just put the presentations, statistical numbers based on the progress.
2- The presentation report should cover the volume of the work the department worked on during the past quarter ( Total Purchase requestions, total Purchase orders).. Total work in Mechanical department, total work in Electrical department, total work in Civil, and total work in consumable materials ).
3- The report should have a well professional statistical chapter about the manpower ( How many new joiners per the discipline ). How much curses as part of the development we have done for the team ? How much curses we have done for the local vendors, as part of our strategic support to the local content ?
4- In the report, you should have a chapter for the total spent ” Statistical”.. How much locally, and how much overseas.. You use the same data from the excel sheet. This is very important chapter. You need to create it in very professional ( Business manner ).
5 – You have to prepare an index.
I am expecting 6 to 8 pages on the PPT, by excluding the cover page and last page. Make sure to ask if you seek for any clarification because if you don’t meet the requirement, I might ask you to correct it.. and if you meet the requirement, I will proceed with very good tip.. Thank you
