The first writing assignment is to write an introduction. Your introduction topic will will be based on Enzyme Activity. Your introduction should specifically focus on the Environmental Condition you tested which is called “Varying the substrate concentration” (data is already collected and is attached in the image) . This writing assignment should be written in the format of a peer-reviewed journal article. It is expected that you will have a minimum of three citations (one can be the lab handout which I have attached as Lab 5 Enzyme Activity Handout) used in your introduction.
