Problem statement:
Now a days salary inflation become a problem for organization when it comes to hiring people and keeping employees as increase turnover will impact organization thus economy of Saudi Arabia will be impacted.
Objective:
To measure what factors impact salary inflation.

Impact of unstable organization on Saudi Arabia economy.

you can add more objective and add problem statement base on the research but the research must be within Saudi labor.
