Choose a topic that interests you and read the document to learn more about the author’s analysis and interpretation of the primary source.
Identify the primary source. This source is usually found at the end of the article under “citations”. Read the primary source to objectively evaluate the accuracy of the secondary source.
Some of the citations may include poster abstracts or other review articles; these will not work for the assignment. The reference you select from the list must be a primary source (one with an abstract, materials and methods, results, and discussion).
Most articles published on “Science News’ offer a link to the primary source. Some primary sources are also available for free on the internet, or through the Moorpark College Library Elsevier journal collection.
Report Submission

The title and the link to the secondary source.
A citation and link to the primary source. Note: you may find the link to the citation below the title of the article.
A desсrіption of the primary points addressed in the secondary source, followed by a desсrіption of the accuracy of the information presented according to the findings in the primary source. The desсrіption should evaluate the secondary source based on the methods, results, discussions, and conclusions reported in the primary source.
