Your construction business has been contacted by a potential new client looking for a construction business to design and build a 4-storey sustainable office building that will incorporate and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3, 9, 11 and 12 or others).

Identify five Australian Standards General Condition of Contract Clauses, (not those covered in Part 1) and analyse for each how specific SDG targets and indicators could be linked to these contract clauses. Discuss in your words how the contract administration of SDGs linked to AS4000 based contract can support SDG integration.

Reflect on professional and ethical skills, attributes and attitudes in construction contract administration.
