Please answer the following questions based off my experiences for the past weeks and add what needs to be added to make one paper.
I will provide you with the original SMART GOAL paper please follow the directions as to what needs to be finished.
In this self care reflection, please address each of the following:
Insert initial SMART Self care goal (written week 3) Uploaded (titled smart goals worksheet completed.)
Insert rationale behind initial goal (written week 3)
Identify at least one resource (research journal article, book, resource professional, or other) that contributed to self-care SMART goal achievement. I downloaded a fitnes tracker and kept track of my meals and exercise.
Documented self-care SMART goal progress or change (one paragraph each 5-7 sentences) from weeks 5, 7, 9, 11, 13
