**Please pay close attention to the rubric** SUMMARY : Vaccine hesitance is becoming a very critical issue, especially in this COVID area. This is because of rampant misinformation surrounding vaccine safety and the side effects. The problem has gained prominence during the COVID era as doubts about the safety profiles of different vaccines have permeated public discourse. The fear has been instilled in the public as a result of inaccurate information concerning the issue. In turn, this has led to a decline in vaccination rates, leading to subsequent negative effects on the overall public health. Hence, with the public hesitancy fuelled by this issue, there has been a challenge among healthcare professionals to provide adequate scientific facts that would generally improve the vaccination rates worldwide and boost the vaccination rates.
