Students will be required to research and peer reviewed articles from

Question 1
Students will be required to research and peer reviewed articles from academic journals through the Bogomolny Library database. I suggest finding academic articles where and how leadership is being researched in your field of interest. These articles help support your final paper. These reviews informally assess a students’ Information Literacy (how and where to find research articles), student knows how to properly synthesize such articles, and lastly how to apply such research to their own work.
Students will read the article and (for each article) answer these questions that follow.
What is the thesis of the article? Provide a factual summary of the important points of the article.
2. A brief reaction to the article. What actions could you take as a result of what you read? Was there something else the author could have considered?
2. How will you or could you apply what you’ve read to your final paper? How does this expand your knowledge base about leadership theory and its’ practice?
Student’s answers should be APA style, grammatically correct, and well thought.

What is the position power of the administrator (This may depend on the number of stakeholders)?What type of relationship does the leader need to cultivate with members?
