Case Study – In the first half of class, you have gained knowledge about global supply chain uncertainty, risk and probabilities, hazards and gain insight into a variety of industries’ risk. In the second half of class we have learned about business continuity, data modeling and visibility of disruptive events. In a case study of your choice, conduct an analysis regarding risk, business continuity, data modeling, and visibility. The case study analysis requires you to investigate a business problem, examine the alternative solutions, and propose the most effective solution using supportive evidence.
Select an industry or a company and answer the follow:
Describe background information on the specific topic
