This report will give you an opportunity to reflect on your Biz Café experience. You are to respond to each question (Topic). Each topic is different so the length will vary. The format for the report is a combination of an informational and analytical report. I want your experience with the simulation and provide your opinions on each topic, but you will also submit this as a professional business document.

Your Table of Contents will include section headings (topics), leader lines and page numbers at a minimum. Depending on how you break out each section, you could have multiple levels in your table of contents.

Your body must cover the following topics:
Introduction
Provide a brief introduction to your café. It must include your coffee shop name, location, and goals of your business. Explain what your business is about.
Major Decisions
What major decision(s) did you make that helped you achieve your business goals. What were the reasons behind those major decisions?
Surprises
What surprised you the most about running the coffee shop? Were there any challenges you encountered during the simulation?
Key Changes
Was there any key change that you made halfway through the simulation. If so, what were some of the key changes that you made that helped your coffee shop? Was there one key change that changed the direction of your business? If not, then how were you able to sustain your business progress?
Chance to start over
If you had a chance to start over, would you change your approach? Why or why not?
Key Takeaways
Provide me with key takeaways from your business simulation experience up to this point in the semester. How was your overall experience? Was it a positive one?

Footer should include date, page number and your name.. Your footer can be creative if you want to deviate from the page number, date, and author format.

I am going to use word count as your constraint. The total word count needs to total at least 1500 words.

This assignment is based on your experience and there is no right or wrong response. Having said that, you do need to put thought into responding to the questions and forming them into topics.
