Topic: Tell us your story. What unique
opportunities or challenges have you experienced throughout your high school career that have shaped who you are today?
I am a Filipino American that has experienced another side of the world and has seen poor ness at an extreme I want to write how I have a lot of pressure on me from family because I was one of the lucky ones to get out of the Philippines and start a better life in America .in high school I have had alot of pressure to do good and go to college
No one in my family has. I overcame this by applying to college so I can have a steeping stool towards a better future for myself I never wanna go back and live that life in a 3rd world country
