Introduction using what you know about the position (in general – based from the Job Analysis assignment)
Note any special challenges to training, or if specific certifications are required for this Job Position for new hires
What trainee characteristics and work environment aspects are needed for the success of training?
Target one training objective or goal that you’ve determined is required for new hires
Explain the training methods or approaches that are suitable for the training objective/goal
Using Kirkpatrick’s 4 areas, explain how you would assess the effectiveness of your training proposal
Summarize your training recommendations to close your proposal
APA: Watch for paragraph and page formatting, and headings format; include Title Page and References list
