When completing your writing assignment, you should only use information contained in relevant SEC issued AAER’s. Do not use supplemental resources. Consequently, your references page and citations should only include AAER’s.
The SEC’s website is a bit cumbersome to use and it can be difficult to locate the AAER’s. Here are some hints:
Start with a general google search. For example: SEC AAER Assisted Living Concepts.
Look at the AAER’s you find for references to other AAER’s. Sometimes they point you to other relevant documents.
Once you identify the Release No., or Administrative Filie No., try searching for it on Google to find related documents.
Use google to search files in the SEC AAER repository. For example: site:https://www.sec.gov/files/litigation Assisted Living Concepts Inc.
