Drawing on the leadership articles discussed below, write a 1 to 2 page reflection, single spaced, on what kind of a leader you desire to be if you were the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization. As part of your assignment, include your personal mission statement and values (with descriptions) that will guide your leadership style.
