For this Final Project, you will incorporate everything that you have learned throughout the semester. The purpose of this assignment is to have you write an individual program incorporating the principles and theories presented in class. This assignment will consist of five (5) parts, and each part will incorporate a component of what was learned during the course. Sections are worth a total of 200 points.
SECTION 1: INTRODUCTION AND PERSONAL GOALS (50)
Provide some personal background and what you hope to accomplish and learn from this course. What topic(s) in this course did you find the most interesting and why? Be specific.

SECTION 2: NEEDS ANALYSIS – SCHOOL NUTRITION (50)
Think about what you learned in regards to the school nutrition environment – Be specific
Think about alternatives: what are two things that you would like to see schools

SECTION 3: NUTRITIOUS OPTIONS (50)
What are four nutritious alternatives that you learned in this class?
What is one thing you are going to incorporate into your healthy eating plan?
What is a cost effective snack option to eating fast food?

SECTION 5: LIFETIME FITNESS AND WELLNESS (50)
Continuing learning and utilizing the things you learned past this course is my biggest goal for you. What are some of the tools that you have learned in this course that you are going to apply to daily life to continue it? What changes (if any) are you going make? What is something that you would recommend to someone that has a child that is struggling with obesity that they can do now and implement quickly?
