Part A: CTI Sharing Debate Brief
Benefits and Concerns of CTI Sharing:
Write a brief (1-2 pages) summary covering the following:
List and explain at least three benefits of CTI sharing for organizations.
List and explain at least three concerns or challenges organizations might face when sharing their CTI.
Part B: ISAC Analysis
Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISACs):
Create a short summary describing a specific ISAC of your choosing that is applicable for DefendTech Solutions as a Government Contractor specializing in Defense work. This should not exceed 1-2 pages in length:
Provide a short overview of the chosen ISAC.
Discuss the benefits this ISAC provides to its members and the broader industry.
Part C: Practical Application Scenario
Scenario:
As a consultant brought in to help DefendTech develop their CTI program, you need to help persuade them to join an ISAC. The board has reservations about joining an ISAC and sharing CTI as a whole.
Write a persuasive email (1 page or less) to the board, advocating for the benefits of joining an ISAC and sharing CTI. Make sure to address potential concerns and how they can be mitigated.
Paper Requirements:
Written Communication: Write in a professional manner using APA 7th Edition and formatting with correct grammar, usage, and mechanics.
Resources: Identify at least one scholarly resource (peer-reviewed. Scholarly journals, not news articles, Wikipedia, blog posts, etc…) and two industry resources (whitepapers, industry (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, etc…) blog posts, Cybersecurity professionals (Troy Hunt, Bruce Schneier, etc…) blogs, etc…) in addition to your textbook. You should have a minimum of 4 resources (Textbook, one scholarly, two industry).
APA Formatting: Resources and citations are formatted according to APA 7th Edition.
Length: 3-6 Pages (not including Title Page, References, and any Abstract/Executive Summary)
