Briefly describe the problem you have personally seen or experienced in your community or workplace.
The problem that I have experienced in the military would be handovers/ change overs. This mainly happens when someone switches out of that job for a reason.

Answer the following questions, following the 5WH1 method:
What are the details of the problem?
Details about this problem are when one soldier is in a position and working that position for some time. Once set person is leaving for whatever reason a new person comes in. So, all the knowledge that the soldier that leaving takes with them. While the new soldier must take a period to learn the ways and policy of that unit.
Who is impacted by the problem?
Mainly the person that is replacing the outgoing personnel. Secondly it would be that company waiting on the new person to get caught up with the flow and workload.
The person mostly impacted by the problem is the unit and that incoming person.
When did this problem begin, and when could it reasonably be resolved?
I don’t know when this problem actual begins, but I know it’s a revolving door. This problem could be reasonably built with 2-3 years and resolved the following year.
Where is this problem taking place?
This problem is taking place at the unit/ workplace.
Why is this problem important?
This problem is important because if not address it will delay if not stop production in the unit and company.
How could you potentially or partially address or resolve this problem?
To resolve the problem, it would be simple to make a continuity book or share drive. This will keep the flow of production going without any stops. For example, if someone must leave or step away. The book or drive would be there to help guide the next person continue the job. All how-to paperwork/ slides would be in there and examples forms and doc so it’s no kickbacks for things that can be avoided.
