Find a new case or article you feel is very good for class and do a 3 paragraph write up on it. One paragraph summary, one paragraph why it’s relevant for the class, and one paragraph on what you like about the case/article.
Descriiption of the class:
A critical aspect of management is being able to understand how organizational factors can influence leader success, team performance, and organizational capability, and apply this understanding to support your success as an employee and leader. In this course we will systematically identify and explore these factors at three different levels: the leader, the work team, and the organization. As we do so we will cover a number of topics, ranging from communicating in the workplace, to managing conflicts and negotiations.
