On this KSA (Knowledge, skills, abilities) I would like it to start with a Title that makes reference to Analyzing and Negotiation (Skills). Through analyzes and negotiation I was promoted from hair colorist assistant to hair colorist- got a better position.
Please make sure that those words are used throughout the essay.
Example to use: analyzing– I started at age 24 at Bergdorf Goodman “John Barrett Salon”— the high-end, full-service beauty destination as hair colorist assistant to major hair colorists among them Master Colorist Parvin Klein, my mentor. That was my goal, to become a hair colorist. Analyzing different colorists and their ability to perform services in their own “unique way”. As I trained to become a hair-colorist, classes were offered weekly after work at John Barrett Salon to train and practice on clients that volunteered. That was a 2 year process to become a colorist and mastered the craft of hair and coloring. Performed as a hair colorist until 2004.
Please explore analyzing and negotiation with colorists (several) as well as client that allowed and facilitated my gain in experienced and ultimately become a good hair colorist in that high scale hair salon in Manhattan.
If you can elaborate on a client that was so pleased with my services as an assistant that she continued to be my client after becoming a colorist at John Barrett. She had beautiful long hair and she was impressed and extremely happy that her hair looked perfectly natural after foil highlights and the process of using a cream base bleach witch protected the hair from further damage and at the end of coloring the use of “gloss”
Elaborate on client and my feelings through the process of learning e, experience that can and is useful for future jobs and KSA’s. Please make me look good!!!!
