Over the past few years nursing has been challenged with Covid, nursing shortages, lack of nurse diversity, and safe staffing nurse/patient ratios among many other issues. As nurse’s we must advocate for our patients and take a stance to make a change by joining other nurses in policy making efforts in the house and senate.
