In your final course assignment, you will use your critical thinking, strategic planning, and management skills to compile a staffing process framework, using the work you have completed throughout the course and the resources you have collected.
Your staffing framework is intended to be a tangible resource for you to use now or in the future when involved in the staffing process. The framework covers the essential components of recruiting and hiring, following a consistent approach to finding the right employees for the right jobs within your current or future organization.
Prepare
Use Your Staffing Process Framework Template, linked below, to guide you through compiling all sections of the framework. Download the template and change the file name to include your first initial and last name (for example, cf_BUS335_w09a1_template.docx_SPeters). Make sure you complete all sections of the template, using your previous work, revised to include the input provided by your instructor.
Instructions

Create a staffing process framework by completing Sections 1 through 9 of the template.Follow the specific instructions included in each section.
Use your previous work as indicated, edited to include the input provided by your instructor.
