Please follow the attached instructions (with rubric) for a case conceptualization based on the theoretical foundation of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have also attached my attempt at the paper which includes a section with client information and presenting issues for the writer to use for this paper. All sections of the paper must be explained in the context of the client (a middle-aged white cis-gender male) and their presenting issues. Please include A LOT of in-text citations as my prof highlights the importance of not writing more than a few sentences without citation and be sure to include all cited sources in the references section of the paper.
