Using Table 15.3, evaluate your employer in the dimensions of Power Distance, Uncertainty Avoidance, Individualism vs. Collectivism, and Masculinity vs. Femininity. Also, use Tables 15.5, 15.6, and 15.7. Your boss reads your cultural dimension analysis and decides to transfer you to the new branch in one of the countries listed on Exhibit A2.1 on pages 55-56. Choose one of the countries whose Individualism/Collectivism score is below 50 and describe how you would need to manage the branch differently in your new country than you did in the United States.
