This module extends the study of strategy planning to an assessment and analysis of the internal resources and capabilities of an organization. The module content and required readings provide an excellent foundation about how internal resources and capabilities are defined and identified. Students are exposed to content from multiple sources such as video, interactive feedback, and text to enhance the learning environment.
