Surveying Employee Engagement
Teri suspects that some of the absenteeism and quality issues in the organization has its basis in a lack of employee engagement. She asks Sarah to find a contract with a vendor who can assist with a survey. Even though a vendor will be engaged, Sarah knows she has some decisions to make.

There are functioning employee survey programs throughout the nation and in international settings. Some are more effective than others. The presence of any survey program that yields employee satisfaction data is helpful.
