The student will choose a Hawaiian, Asian (East Asia including the
Philippines),

The student will choose a Hawaiian, Asian (East Asia including the
Philippines), or Pacific Islander (includes Micronesia, Guam, Chuuk,
Pohnpei, Fiji, Samoa, Tahiti, Aotearoa) culture. Remember to focus on
the population in Hawai’i/US. For example, if the Japanese population is
chosen, focus on Japanese in Hawai’i or the US, not Japanese health
issues in Japan. The student must choose a culture different than their
own. Students must also select a culture they have not previously
written about in this class.
