This submition is for a class on the History and Future of the United Nations. I

This submition is for a class on the History and Future of the United Nations. It’s a plan/proposal for the longer essay that will be submitted. I have attached a sample plan for reference. The essay should discuss if NGOs do more harm than good with reference to Haiti and one other nation – you may choose or maybe do the case of West Africa or Lebanon. My argument should be that they do more harm.
